What we do

Salesforce & AI Automation Services.
One philosophy.

Everything we build has to ship, integrate, and survive real-world use. No prototypes that live forever on a laptop. No frameworks that fall apart the first time a user clicks something unexpected.

AI & Data Readiness Assessment

Before you build, you need to know what's worth building.

We score your organization across 5 pillars — Data Foundations, Process Maturity, Technology, People, and Strategy — and map every finding to what WLT can execute. The output isn't a binder. It's an honest, sequenced build plan from practitioners who will be the ones doing the work.

Example use cases
  • AI Readiness Snapshot: scored report + top 3 use cases + 90-day action plan in 10 business days ($5K–$7.5K)
  • Full AI & Data Readiness Assessment: stakeholder interviews, data audit, 12-month sequenced roadmap with cost estimates ($15K–$25K over 3 weeks)
  • Free AI Readiness Scorecard: 15-question self-assessment across all 5 pillars — identify your highest-leverage starting point
  • Pillar scoring with explicit implementation path: data readiness, process automation, CRM/Salesforce, AI workflows, custom integrations
  • Prioritized use case matrix — feasibility × impact × build complexity — so you know what to build first
  • Every assessment ends with an explicit recommendation: what WLT can build next, in what sequence, and at what cost range

Fractional Salesforce Solution Architect

You get James — not a project manager fronting for junior consultants.

Senior Salesforce architecture and delivery, embedded directly in your team. No SI markup, no bench resources, no handoffs. With 20 years on the platform and 100+ implementations shipped, this is SA-level design, oversight, and execution applied to your specific org. Start with a scoped project. Stay on fractional as long as it makes sense. The differentiator most SAs can't offer: James also builds the AI layer — Claude-powered automations, transcript pipelines, AI-enhanced workflows — without a separate developer.

Tools & stack
Salesforce Sales / Service / Experience CloudApex + Lightning Web ComponentsFlow + Apex TriggersClaude / Anthropic APISalesforce DX + sfdxThird-party integrations
Example use cases
  • Fractional SA retainer: 10–20 hours/month of architecture guidance, code review, and decision support — the senior Salesforce voice your org needs without the $200K overhead
  • Implementation lead: James designs and runs your Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud build from architecture through go-live — you interact directly with the person doing the work
  • Org rescue: Audit a drifting or underperforming org, identify root causes, and execute a prioritized fix plan
  • AI-enhanced Salesforce: Add Claude-powered automations to your existing org — transcript → CRM, pipeline scoring, lead routing — without hiring a separate AI team
  • Technical oversight for in-house admins: Senior architecture guidance for teams that have Salesforce admins but need an SA to own design decisions
  • Experience Cloud architecture and design: Brand-matched partner portals, customer communities, and self-service hubs

Common questions

Before you reach out.

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
Timeline depends on scope. A focused Sales Cloud implementation typically runs 4–8 weeks. A full enterprise implementation with custom Apex, integrations, and data migration usually takes 12–20 weeks. We scope clearly before starting so there are no surprises.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project is delivered?
Yes — we offer optional retainer agreements for ongoing development, monitoring, and refinement after the initial engagement wraps.
Which AI model or platform do you use for AI automation?
Primarily Claude (Anthropic) for its reliability, context handling, and reasoning quality. We also work with OpenAI's API when a use case calls for it. We're model-agnostic — the right tool depends on your requirements.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Integrating with existing tools is the core of every engagement. We've built integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP systems, billing platforms, and dozens of other tools.
What if AI isn't the right solution for our problem?
We'll tell you. Half our recommendations involve automation that doesn't touch an LLM at all. If a simpler Flow, Apex trigger, or off-the-shelf integration solves the problem, that's what we'll recommend.
