Most AI projects stall
before they ship.
Know why — before you start.
Messy data, undocumented processes, and the wrong use case sequence kill more AI initiatives than bad software. The 13% of companies that succeed assessed before they built. We run that assessment — and then we build what it uncovers.
Why AI initiatives fail before they start.
87% of companies are not capturing full AI value — not because the technology failed, but because the business wasn't ready to absorb what it asked the technology to do.
The gap isn't the model or the vendor. It's the data it reads, the process it's supposed to automate, and the team that has to adopt it. An honest readiness assessment before you build is how the 13% avoid the mistakes the 87% make.
We don't stop at the roadmap.
Every other assessment provider delivers a report and leaves. WLT assesses what we can build — and then we build it.
We assess what we can build.
Most assessment providers recommend things they cannot deliver. Every finding in a WLT assessment maps directly to a service we can execute. No blue-sky AI strategy that goes nowhere.
10 business days, not 8 weeks.
Big 4 timelines don't work for growing businesses. Our Snapshot tier delivers a full scored report and prioritized action plan in two working weeks.
Senior-only delivery.
No junior analysts. The same practitioners who run your WLT engagement do the assessment. You get 20+ years of implementation experience reading your situation.
Implementation built into the output.
Every deliverable ends with explicit next steps — what to build, with whom, in what order. You are never left with a report and no path forward.
5 pillars. All scoped to what we build.
We don't evaluate cloud infrastructure design or ML model development — not because they're unimportant, but because they're not what WLT delivers. This scoping is the honesty that earns trust.

Four steps from kickoff to build plan.
Intake
You complete our discovery form before the first session. We learn your tools, team, recent AI attempts, and biggest operational bottlenecks.
Session
One focused working session — 2 hours for Snapshot, a half-day workshop for Full Assessment. Stakeholders present, not just IT.
Analysis
We score each pillar against our rubric and map findings to the AI/automation use cases WLT can actually execute.
Readout
We walk you through the report and the implementation path. You leave with a sequenced plan and honest cost estimates for what comes next.
This assessment covers the AI and automation opportunities that WLT's team can execute: process automation, AI workflows, CRM and data readiness, and custom integrations. If you need cloud infrastructure design, enterprise data architecture, or ML model development, we'll tell you that honestly and point you to the right specialist.
Scoping to what we build is a feature, not a limitation. SMBs trust consultants who say "that's not us" more than ones who claim to do everything.

Before you reach out.
- What does the assessment cost?
- The Snapshot tier runs $5,000–$7,500 and takes 10 business days. The Full Assessment runs $15,000–$25,000 over 3 weeks. Both include the discovery session, scored report, prioritized use case list, and readout call. The free scorecard is always available if you want to orient before committing.
- What do I need to provide?
- For the Snapshot: complete our intake form (15–20 minutes) and show up to a 2-hour discovery session. For the Full Assessment: 2–4 stakeholders for one interview round, access to a data audit session, and the willingness to share a realistic picture of your current operations.
- What happens after the assessment?
- Every assessment ends with an explicit implementation path — a sequenced plan for what to build first, what it will cost, and who should own it. WLT can execute most of what we recommend. If a finding falls outside our scope (cloud infrastructure, enterprise data architecture, ML model development), we say so honestly and point you to the right specialist.
- How is this different from using a free AI readiness tool or chatbot?
- Free tools give you a generic score. Our assessment gives you a scored diagnosis tied to your actual systems, processes, and team — and a build plan from the people who will execute it. We only flag opportunities we can deliver.
- What industries do you work with?
- Any industry with 10–500 employees planning an AI or automation investment. Our Salesforce clients are the warmest near-term fit given our existing relationships, but the assessment framework applies to any business with a CRM, repeatable processes, and a team that is tired of manual work.
- Do you cover AI infrastructure, cloud architecture, or ML model development?
- No — and that's intentional. This assessment covers the AI and automation opportunities that WLT's team can execute: process automation, AI workflows, CRM and data readiness, and custom integrations. If you need cloud infrastructure design or ML model development, we'll tell you that clearly and point you to the right specialist. Scoping honestly is how we earn trust.
